the internet. We have been drying and selling shrimp from Grand Isle for
over 50 years, so this is pretty exciting to us. Our Gulf of Mexico Dried
Shrimp are produced in hygenic conditions, from extremely fresh Louisiana
shrimp. Most other dried shrimp offerings online are produced overseas
with less then hygenic drying procedures. Our shrimp are vacuum
packaged and kept cold to ensure the ultimate freshness. Try

About Dried Shrimp
We offer 3 different package sizes: 8 ounce, 1 pound, and 10
pound.. They can be used in gumbos, stews, salads, and are a
mainstay in many asian dishes. You can use our shrimp to make an excellent
shrimp gumbo -even when the shrimp are out of season. Dried shrimp can
be used to make a quick stock. They make great spring rolls and egg rolls.
You can be assured that your family, friends, and customers are getting
wholesome food.

New Drying Facilities
The shrimp are processed in brand new facilities. We have modern forced air dryers. Daddy and Pepere dried them in the sun, but we think we can control the temperature, humidity and get a better product this way. Sorry Dad.
